I’ve always been curious about what to say first when approaching a Prospect. Should I be friendly and engage in small talk? Or are there specific words to open a conversation?
I often think about those successful top sellers who keep going up the stage during awarding ceremonies. They look like you and me, and yet their sales performance is lightyears ahead!
What’s their secret? How do they present to a prospect? How do they close the sale?
I once dared ask a top seller what his secret of success is, and he gently replied that I should use the internet.
Then he excused himself and moved off to speak to another person.
Use the internet, he said.
And so I did. Today, I’m embarking on this lifelong learning journey with Chinkee Tan.
