Here are suggested procedures for registering SWA Ultimate accounts…
1. Ask your customer to send you the following:
Preferred SWA Username
Username of SWA Referror
Transaction Receipt Number
2. Copy/paste those info when registering them online (to avoid typos). It’s all too easy to make a mistake when manually typing names or usernames. Remember, copy/paste is your friend.
3. Before clicking the Submit button, press Alt+Printscreen to take a screenshot. Run MS Word and press Ctrl+V to paste the screenshot to your Word document. Save the Word document.
4. Open a Customer Support Ticket and send the SWA Admin the scanned copy of the BDO Deposit Slip or receipt. In the body of your message, also include:
Customer Registered SWA Username
Username of Direct Referror
Please remember to attach the scanned image of the receipt/deposit slip to your message to the SWA Admin in the SWA Customer Happiness Portal.
NOTE: Use BDO, BPI, or Western Union.
